When you submit an enquiry, Yachin Systems collects your name, email, company, selected service, budget range and message to assess your project and respond to you. Your consent applies to this enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

How information is handled

Clients can view their own account requests and status. Enquiry records and internal notes are restricted to authorized staff. Free client accounts use Clerk to manage your identity; requests are linked to your account ID. Our hosting, authentication and database providers process information to operate the website and workspace. Depending on the provider and configuration, information may be processed outside Canada.

Keep sensitive information out of enquiries

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, medical records or other confidential customer information through the public form.

Retention and requests

We retain enquiry information while assessing or carrying out the proposed work and as needed for business records. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the enquiry form and selecting “Not sure yet”. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Website storage

The public demo uses fictional information held only during your visit. Workspace sign-in uses authentication cookies. No advertising trackers have been added to this website.
